“Deeper than our instinct to live is our longing to be alive.” —Erwin McManus

Each of us has a deep desire to live, but we are far too often overwhelmed by stress and distracted by the noise in our lives to enjoy it. Maybe you're going through a divorce, or suffering under the burden of anxiety or depression. Maybe you just can't seem to connect with your kids. Regardless of your circumstances, we have all been in that place where we need someone to talk to.

I am here for you, for your family and children, giving you the tools to thrive. Together, we can discover a deeper way of understanding and relating to one another; we can untie the knots that keep us stuck and detached from each other. Together, we create new possibilities so that we can experience life to its fullest, and eventually by looking within, we begin to love what we see.
